Reducing hot water downtime for hotel guests

We recently carried out works to support one of our valued hotel clients, who experienced frequent and unpredictable interruptions to their hot water supply due to periodic faults with a district heating network outside of their control.
Our expert engineers surveyed the sites existing systems and installed two three-phase immersion heaters, controlled automatically via the Building Management System (BMS) and thermostatic control wiring installed, to ensure that any drop in the heat supply from the wider district heating network was supported by the installed elements.
Since installation, the heating and hot water system to the hotel has gone from approximately 70% uptime to 100%, benefiting the comfort of guests and the reputation of the business.
