We recently completed gutter clearance works across nearly 30 properties, spanning over 3,000 acres. Regular maintenance of rainwater goods is essential to prevent internal damp, water ingress, and to ensure rainwater can flow freely, particularly during heavy downpours.

Our client took a proactive approach by instructing these works during the summer, rather than waiting to address issues reactively in the winter months.

Over the course of eight days, we cleared every gutter across the site, delivered a comprehensive report with before-and-after images, and ensured all systems were in good condition to handle the inevitable wet season.
